We pride ourselves on excellent service. If you’re not satisfied, please let us know within 24 hours.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued only for services not completed due to cancellation by us or agreed-upon issues.

Cancellations:

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel.

  • Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a £20 fee.
