To ensure fairness and accuracy, we do not provide fixed pricing online for gardening or removal services. Every job is unique. You have two easy ways to get a quote:

 

•Site Viewing: Book an appointment through our website, and we will visit your property to provide a no-obligation quote.

•Photo Quotes (Fastest): Send clear photos of your garden or removal items to us via WhatsApp at 07857 848749. In many cases, we can provide a quote directly from your images.

 

2. Accuracy of Disclosures & Price Adjustments

All quotes provided via photo or initial site viewing are based on the information and “evidence” provided at the time. If, upon arrival on-site, the job is found to be significantly different, larger in scale, or involves undisclosed waste/work that was not visible in the photos, we reserve the right to adjust the final price accordingly. We will always discuss any necessary price changes with you before work begins.

 

3. Shipping & Packaging Pricing

Prices for barrels, boxes, and bundles are fixed as displayed in our online catalog. These are currently the only items with set pricing on our website.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your scheduled site visit or service. This helps us manage our team’s schedule across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.

 

5. Weather & Safety

For gardening services, we may need to reschedule during extreme weather (heavy rain or high winds) to protect your property and our team. We will always contact you as early as possible to rearrange.

 

6. Payment Terms & Deposits

 

•Deposits: For certain bookings or larger projects, we may require an initial deposit (typically 50%) to secure your slot and cover initial costs.

•Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the work.

•Satisfaction Guaranteed: We want you to be 100% happy with the results. We accept cash or secure payment links.
