• If we are unable to complete a scheduled service

• If cancellation is initiated by Ecoscape

• If an issue arises and a refund is mutually agreed upon in writing

Refunds are not available for completed services unless otherwise agreed.

We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

• No charge for cancellations made more than 24 hours before your booking

• £20 late cancellation fee may apply for last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours

• No-shows without notice may be charged the full service rate
