Services

• Services are provided following a confirmed quote, booking, or verbal agreement.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel jobs due to unsafe access, unclear scope, or issues outside our service range.

• Clients must ensure we have access to the work area on the agreed date and time.

Payments

• Payment is due immediately after completion of the agreed service.

• We accept cash, bank transfer, or secure online payment links.

• Delayed or missed payments may incur a late fee of £10 per day.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Last-minute cancellations may be charged a £20 cancellation fee.

• Refunds are only issued if service is not delivered or mutually agreed upon.

Liability

• We are fully insured for all services provided.

• Ecoscape is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden hazards (e.g. underground cables or pipes), or misuse of treated areas after completion.

• The customer is responsible for providing a safe, clear workspace.

Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure someone is available on-site or reachable on the day of service.

• Pets and children should be kept clear of the work area for safety.

• Provide accurate information about the work scope during booking.

Amendments to Terms
